Brendan Reilly has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, where he also earned two letters playing varsity football. Brendan has demonstrated the ability to consistently achieve peak results throughout his career which spans multiple industries. Since 2014 he has represented clients in over 150 transactions totaling in excess of $90M in sold volume. He has an extensive background in construction, sales, marketing, training, and management. He owns investment properties and has completed numerous construction projects in prime Main Line neighborhoods that provided double digit returns on investment.

Prior to founding Crescent Real Estate, Brendan held the position of General Manager for NVHomes, one the nation’s largest luxury brands (an NVR subsidiary). In that capacity, he had overall sales and profit responsibility for the Southeastern Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware markets. Under his supervision and, despite a severely declining luxury market, his team was able to exceed sales projections, improve margins, and substantially reduce expense.
Before entering the real estate market, Brendan spent 8 years working at Cintas Corporation, a recognized industry leader in providing highly specialized products and services. He held the position of General Manager for the Northeast Philadelphia Rental Operation, which was the largest of Cintas’ 390 profit centers, with annual revenue exceeding $30M. He was one of the youngest General Managers in the history of the corporation and at age 28 led a team of 275 employees.
Brendan is very involved in his local community. He actively supports Devon Elementary School, the Devon Strafford Little League, the Tredyffrin Easttown Music Parents Organization, the Saturday Club, T&E Care, and is a volunteer youth football coach. Brendan, his wife, and their children currently reside in Wayne.
Jerry Murphy is a results driven, analytical real estate professional. During his career he has bought and sold millions of dollars of property for individual families to large community developments for single and multi-family homes. Jerry has an extensive construction background which is a unique asset while searching for your perfect home or while selling your current house.
Jerry earned his MBA from Penn State and holds a BA from Dartmouth College. While at Dartmouth, he played football and was a two year letter winner.
Jerry started his career working for NVHomes (a subsidiary of NVR) a national luxury home builder in Washington DC. He was promoted and moved to the Main Line with his family in 2005 and settled into their current home in Berwyn. While at NVHomes, Jerry managed the sales and construction activities in the Delaware Valley.
Prior to joining the Main Line’s premier independent real estate brokerage firm, Crescent Real Estate, Jerry was Vice President of Construction at a privately held commercial real estate firm. Well versed in all aspects of the real estate industry, he enjoys working with clients to make the buying and selling experience as seamless as possible. He specializes as a buyer’s agent and seller’s agent as well as new home construction and sales.

Prior to joining Crescent Real Estate, Chad held the position of Associate Broker for William Pitt | Sotheby International Realty on the Connecticut Shoreline. There he was recognized as a top producer and co-founded Seaport Real Estate Group, one of the most successful real estate teams in Southeastern CT.
Before entering the residential real estate market, Chad spent 4 years working at Sperry Van Ness as a Commercial Real Estate Investment Advisor where he maintained outstanding sales performance resulting in over $75 million dollars in closed transactions. Chad also has a strong corporate background in real estate technology where he spent 5 years with Move.com, an online network of websites for real estate search, and several years at CoStar Group, Inc., a commercial real estate information and marketing provider.
Chad Kimerer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a Minor in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin. His wife, an executive in the Pharmaceutical Industry, holds a Master’s of Science Degree from Columbia University. Chad, his wife, and their children currently reside in Wayne, PA and are actively involved in their local community.
Tim’s entire career has been focused on client satisfaction. He has leveraged many roles in real estate, construction, and the IT industry to develop a knowledge of what clients want.
Tim is currently an Account Executive in the IT industry servicing many multimillion dollar organizations in the tri-state area. Prior to entering the IT industry, Tim spent nearly 10 years in real estate. He has a varying background in real estate including sales, marketing, service, and production. His experience spans new construction, re-sales, and home renovations.
Tim’s real estate experience prior to joining Crescent Real Estate was working for a few of the area’s and nation’s largest luxury builders. At these organizations he specialized in sales in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Tim received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University. Tim currently lives in Collegeville in Montgomery County, PA.
Ferenc Tshibangu leverages his extensive experience from multiple customer-focused industries to ensure the client’s needs remain at the forefront throughout every real estate transaction. Prior to joining Crescent Real Estate, Ferenc was the Vice President of Client Relationship Management for a Fortune 500 Financial Services company, where he was tasked with leading a team of client relationship managers and managing a profit center generating $30M in annual revenues. During his tenure, Mr. Tshibangu evolved key client relationships to unprecedented levels, winning more than 10 awards for superior performance in customer relationship management and also winning the organization’s annual award for “Innovative Ideas that Simplify Client Engagement.”
In addition to being a homegrown product of Conestoga High School, Ferenc has a BA in Classics with emphasis in Latin, from the University of Maryland College Park. Ferenc currently resides in Devon, Pennsylvania, with his wife and 2 young children, and is very active in the community, having coached several championship winning youth sports teams. He also enjoys racing motorcycles and practicing martial arts.
Sara began her career in real estate in 2014 and since then she has devoted herself to providing unparalleled service and attention to each of her clients. She began her career in a small, family owned brokerage in the Lehigh Valley which gave her a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of real estate on a one-on-one, specialized level. She services all of the Lehigh Valley, Poconos, Wyoming Valley and enjoys exploring new areas with her clients as well!
Sara is a proud graduate of Purdue University and began a distinguished, 10-year career in corporate event management in Denver, Colorado and then in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Sara draws on her extensive business management experience to deliver efficient and worry-free transactions for her clients, and prides herself on her customized style of service.
In addition to her role with Crescent Real Estate, Sara also holds the title of Settlement Coordinator with a luxury home builder in Allentown, PA which has provided her with an even deeper understanding of the home sale process.
Sara currently lives in the Lehigh Valley with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking, cooking and visiting local wineries and vineyards!
Melanie launched her real estate career in 2017, following an extensive background in operations management at two multi-million dollar companies. Her attention to detail, organization, and creative insight are key factors in successfully meeting the needs of every client. She currently works with her husband and a team of home renovation specialists transforming neglected properties into pristine homes. This firsthand experience provides her with a unique and comprehensive understanding of the home buying and selling process.
Melanie is a graduate of West Chester University and currently resides in Delaware County, PA. In her free time, she loves to travel, and enjoys outdoor activities such as snorkeling, hiking, biking, and RV camping.
